1.6 Scope of the Study
This
study focuses on public and private secondary schools in Nigeria, drawing from
a sampling frame constructed to ensure geographic representation across urban,
semi-urban, and rural school contexts. The post-pandemic temporal focus
encompasses the period between 2021 and 2025, capturing both the immediate
return-to-school transition and the more stabilised post-recovery phase. The
study examines school climate through multiple dimensions leadership support,

student behaviour management and measures burnout using the Maslach Burnout

School
