Abstract
The
study focused on "Nutrient Intake During Pregnancy and Postpartum: A
Quantitative Survey in Uburu, Ebonyi State." Adopting a quantitative
survey research design, the study aimed to assess the knowledge and practices
of women regarding nutrient intake during pregnancy and postpartum periods. A
structured questionnaire was developed and administered to a sample of 120
respondents selected through purposive sampling. Data collected were analyzed
using frequency tables to present demographic characteristics and participants'
responses. Hypotheses were tested using the t-test to explore relationships
between variables, with a critical significance level set at 5%. Findings
indicated significant relationships between educational attainment and
knowledge of nutrient intake during pregnancy, as well as the influence of
